FAQ’s

We are looking forward to practicing mindfulness meditation with you in the beautiful Balanced Life Wellness Center.  Shift into the slow lane for an hour and awaken your senses as you discover how mindfulness can help ground and calm us amidst stress and anxiety.  

What to Bring:

Q / How should I dress?

A / Dress comfortable for sitting and lying down.  

Q / What should I bring?

A / You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and meditation cushion, however, it is not necessary as we will provide them as well.

What are we doing?

Q / What can I expect?

A / Our time will be spent sitting on cushions or lying on yoga mats listening to teaching talks and practicing meditation. Participants will be invited to share their experiences or ask questions in the group or privately with the instructor. It is not necessary to share and participants are always welcome to pass.

Q/ Do I need prior experience?

A/ No. Beginning and experienced meditators welcome!

Q/ Is there physical exertion involved?

A/ No.
